I spent about 4 hours in total studying Modern History before the exam yet somehow surprised myself with the amount I managed to retain, I got into the exam helllll confident, started answering the first essay without any trouble, and then the document study which was kind of balls but not that bad, and THEN after an hour and a half of what the supervisor told me would be a 3 hour exam, when I had finished just under 2/3 of what I had to do, the supervisor approaches me and says “I made a mistake the exam is 2 hours only, you have half an hour left”
WHY DO PEOPLE LIKE THIS EXIST YOU HAVE JEOPARDISED MY MODERN HISTORY MARK AND MY ENTIRE FUTURE I WILL NEVER GET INTO HARVARD LAW
but seriously, I just rushed through my last essay and left feeling disheartened.

The only people we saw were homeless people, some guy who peed on the church (I mean wtf seriously) another guy who peed on the stairs next to the church, lost tourists and policemen on bikes. It was odd. Then we ran into the tumblr couple of the century, some hipster with a 5-panel and Northface jacket and his dip-dyed hair girlfriend and it was quite humorous because we seem to see these kinds of people all around. All in all it was a good way to spend my day even if it meant having to study my ass off when I got home.

I ended up leaving my bag in the corner of the auditorium today, while the assembly was on. When everyone was leaving the auditorium and going to recess, I realised my bag had been emptied, thrown to one side, and my books and papers were strewn across the floor :(
